Busses tables throughout guests dining experience and prepares tables for turnover.Monitors guest needs on a continual basis.Delivers guest’s orders, ensuring accuracy and quality of product being served.Greets guests, taking drink and food orders in a timely manner, accurately entering orders into the POS system.Remains knowledgeable on all food and beverage offerings, including wine selection and pairing options reviewing daily changes to the menu and specials.Provides food and beverage service in a faced-paced, steakhouse style restaurant.The Bonfire Food Server is responsible for providing a high standard of guest service in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
